Privacy

Guild of Golf is a product of INOV8 LLC. The guide library does not require a member account. Basic technical request information may be processed by the hosting and security services needed to deliver the site. If you follow a link to the Guild app, its account and profile privacy practices apply.

The Guild app may collect account information, profile information you provide, activity needed to coordinate rounds, and basic technical records needed for security and troubleshooting. Public discovery uses a handle rather than a legal name. INOV8 LLC does not sell personal information. Information may be shared when you direct us to, with vendors operating the service under appropriate restrictions, to protect users or INOV8 LLC, or when legally required.

For a privacy request, contact support@guildofgolf.com or use the signed-in app’s reporting and account tools.

Terms of Use

Guild of Golf is operated by INOV8 LLC and is intended for adults age 18 or older. Use the services lawfully, provide accurate information when creating an account, protect your login, and remain responsible for your activity.

The app helps members discover courses, find compatible golfers, post open rounds, request spots, and coordinate. It does not reserve or guarantee tee times, verify course availability, provide transportation, process course payments, conduct background checks, or guarantee another member’s identity, skill, handicap, behavior, or attendance. Confirm arrangements directly with the course and group.

Guide content is educational information, not personalized coaching, fitting, medical, legal, or financial advice. Product availability, pricing, and seller terms can change; verify them before purchasing. The services may change or experience interruptions while the product develops.

  • Do not share another member’s messages, location, contact information, or screenshots without permission.
  • Do not use Guild for spam, scams, illegal activity, or unwanted financial solicitation.

Safety & Contact

For immediate danger or a medical emergency, contact local emergency services. Guild of Golf is not an emergency service, and reports are not monitored around the clock.

Keep early conversations in the Guild inbox. Avoid sharing home addresses, financial information, credentials, or unnecessary personal details.
